Electrol Systems was founded in 1989 as an industrial electrification company, and has since grown to be a major supplier of leading edge industrial control systems.

Electrol’s corporate headquarters and panel manufacturing facility is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The 13,750 sq. ft. facility houses administration personnel, the engineering department, a U.L. panel fabrication shop, and serves as the home base for Electrol Systems’ installation department.

DEPARTMENTS

• Engineering

The engineering department is comprised of control engineers with an average individual experience level of 20 years per person. Electrol’s engineering staff is dedicated to providing the best value controls solutions for a wide variety of materials handling challenges.

• Panel Shop

Our U.L. panel shop produces the highest quality control panels.  All control panels built by Electrol Systems adhere to stringent, documented design and fabrication standards.  Extensive use of quality checklists and an on-going commitment to Total Customer Satisfaction ensures that our customers receive the highest quality workmanship in every panel produced. • Installation

Electrol’s installation department provides field wiring and controls installation for projects large and small.  Whether it is a small project consisting of simple field wiring tasks, or a large scale installation project with multiple control panels, Electrol Systems’ installation group provides not only the technical expertise, but also the project management skills to ensure that the installation is performed correctly, on time, and within budget. For some projects, Electrol works with sub-contractors for field wiring, under the guidance of an Electrol Systems field supervisor and project manager.
